Pumpkin Muffins

Pumpkin Muffins

preheat oven to 350

1 cube butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups rice flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Fill muffin tins to the top. Bake for 20 minutes.
Makes 24
