I just tried the most amazing recipe for a vegan alfredo sauce. The recipe is found here. I left out the oil and nutritional yeast. The flavor was a bit bland. I only used one clove of garlic. I think it need 2-3 cloves. But it is the closest thing to alfredo that wasn't alfredo that I have ever tried. Yum!
I'm thinking now of expanding my cooking to cooking more with nuts. There are so many possibilities!
