Peanut Butter Smiles

I pulled out and cut up a bunch of veggies as a snack for my kids. They were getting hungry and dinner was right around the corner. I made a plate of broccoli florets, celery, green pepper slices, and zucchini rounds. The girls don't much like plain celery, so I got out the jar of peanut butter and can of raisins to let them make ants on a log. In the meantime, I decided to try the other veggies with the peanut butter. I discovered that zucchini tastes really good slathered with the stuff. My eight year old, Tiffany, covered a round of zucchini with peanut butter, then made a raisin smiley face. It was real cute, and delicious!
